Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, offering a terrific base for exploring Melbourne. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families, though they could use a bit of upkeep to enhance the experience. While the service was generally excellent, there were minor hiccups during busy times. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options, yet with some limitations on breakfast hours. The location is one of the best features, being close to key attractions and transport options.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were modern, well-fitted, and had a great view. The location is perfect, close to public transportation and the Queen Victoria markets. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. However, there were some long wait times and unfriendly staff at times. The dining experience was tasty, but the limited breakfast hours were a downside. Overall, a great value for money with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel had lovely and well-appointed rooms. Although there was a slight odor at times, airing out the balcony helped. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer that we didn't get to use.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a small kitchenette and a relaxing area, but there were issues with streaky glasses and outdated bathroom amenities. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, offering useful recommendations and even help with printing documents. The location was excellent, with tram stops just outside, making it easy to explore the city. However, the dining options were a bit limited, though the cafe menu had a good variety of choices.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had a balcony with a great city view and all the amenities I needed, plus more. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit lost during check-in. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, just minutes away from trams and trains. Dining options were good, but a bit limited, and the facilities were excellent.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, especially with the balcony view. They were spacious and even had a Nespresso machine. Everything in the room was correct with the usual sort of furnishings you expect from short term rentals. I also appreciated the 2 seater lounge, small table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, and TV that could be watched from bed.
